CineLife+ RBe Series (Phazer): Level 1 and Level 2

• Duration: 2 - 3 days (16 - 24 hours): With these courses, you’ll gain a strong understanding of CineLife+™ Series 4 projectors with Phazer™ illumination, including laser safety guidelines.  You’ll also increase your confidence in operating, installing, maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting a CineLife+ Series 4 projector with Phazer illumination. Level 1 training covers projector installation, operation, and maintenance. Level 2 builds on this knowledge and reviews troubleshooting techniques, service, and log analysis.

CineLife+ RGB Series (Real|Laser): Level 1 and Level 2

• Duration: 3 – 4 days (24 – 32 hours): These courses will give you a stronger understanding of CineLife+™ Series 4 projection technology and associated laser safety guidelines. You’ll increase your confidence in operating, installing, maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting a CineLife+ Series 4 projector with Real|Laser™ illumination. You’ll also increase your awareness of Series 4 lamps and Phazer™ illuminated systems. Level 1 training covers projector installation, operation, and maintenance. Level 2 builds on this knowledge and reviews troubleshooting techniques, service, and log analysis.

ProAV projector courses

Griffyn Series (TruLife+): Duration: 2 days (16 hours)

• Complete this course and you’ll feel confident in servicing or installing a Griffyn® Series projector.
  During this course, you’ll learn about:
  • Laser safety, including actions that must be taken to guarantee safety for projector installation and service.
  • How to articulate the differences of the Griffyn 4K32-RGB LOS in comparison to the Griffyn 4K35-RGB and Griffyn 4K50-RGB.
  • The theory of projector operation, disassembling and reassembling projectors, troubleshooting a warning or error state on a projector, and installation and maintenance type adjustments and alignments (such as power connections, mechanical alignments, optical alignments, and more).

M 4K RGB Series (TruLife+): Duration: 2 days (16  hours)

• Complete this course and you’ll feel confident in servicing or installing an M 4K RGB Series projector. 
  During this course, you’ll learn about:
  • Laser safety, including actions that must be taken to guarantee safety for projector installation and service.
  • How to articulate the differences between the M 4K RGB Series models.
  • The theory of projector operation, disassembling and reassembling projectors, troubleshooting a warning or error state on a projector, and installation and maintenance type adjustments and alignments (such as power connections, mechanical alignments, optical alignments, and more).

Sapphire 4K40-RGBH: Duration: 2 days (16 hours)

• After completing this course, you will be able to install or service a Sapphire® 4K40-RGBH projector and become proficient in laser safety, including the actions that must be taken to guarantee safety for installation, operation, and service.
• This training covers the differences and similarities between hybrid, RGB pure laser, and laser phosphor light sources and you’ll gain a strong understanding of hybrid laser projection technology.
• You’ll also learn the theory of projector operation, disassembling and reassembling projectors, troubleshooting a warning or error state on the projector, and install and maintenance type adjustments and alignments (such as power connections, mechanical alignments, optical alignments, and so on).

Video and image processor courses

Hedra video wall processor: Duration: 1 day (8 hours)

• During this course, you’ll improve your understanding of video processing, KVM concepts, and gain a high level of confidence working with a Hedra™ video wall processor.
• Learn about navigating the user interface, system setup, configuration builds, layout designs, troubleshooting, and more.

Spyder X80 image processor: Duration: 2 days (16 hours)

• Improve your understanding of the system hardware and user interface of Spyder X80, along with servicing, troubleshooting, and installation.
  Day 1 of the course focuses on theory and configuration, Spyder Studio, Configuration Manager, Multi-Viewer setup, file management, routers, sources, keyframes, and treatments.
• Day 2 focuses on command keys, function keys, scripting, stills, basic external protocol, external control options, and more.
