Your commitment to Christie® solutions and training makes you eligible for our partner certification programs.
By participating in these programs, you can benefit from closer collaboration with our Service team and be compensated for repairing Christie products. There's even an opportunity to earn service revenue!
Certified Technical Partner
You and your team can be trained and certified to complete repairs on Christie products you own or have sold that are under warranty.
CTP program benefits include:
- Reimbursement for repairs you perform
- Priority repairs at Christie facilities
- Extended phone support hours
- Access to crash kits to support large events
- A listing on the Christie website

Authorized Service Center program
Authorized Service Centers (ASC) are territory-specific partners certified to complete warranty repairs on Christie products.
Becoming a designated service provider
To become a designated service provider, partners demonstrate their commitment to supporting Christie products and customers through advanced service level training. They also meet our requirements for facilities and accessing service parts in-country.
An ASC gets all the benefits of our CTP program, along with these additional benefits:
- Increased discount on service parts purchased for stock or out-of-warranty repairs
- Reimbursement for repairs completed under warranty, regardless of point of sale
- Annual on-site training by Christie staff at your facility
- Two-year warranty on service parts
- Option to rotate service parts
Services by ASC partners may include:
- Return to bench and on-site repair
- Sub-module repair of LOS, light engines, and LED displays
- Management of demo products
- Local language technical support
- Local RMA fulfilment
- Hosting in-country training
Certified ASC partners are selected based on the needs of specific countries and regions.
